Anyone would know when applying LMIA for PR & WP, employer will be sure to have phone interview from ESDC? THX!

That we applied paper based pnp PR in Feb
We also got file number EP00******
The thing is we are unable to link the application online!!!!
So if we don't link it is it gonna effect anything?????
