If I worked as contractor for a company, who should I mention as an employer?

Well, I worked as a contractor for a company and I was not considered as an employee of that company. Any idea how to mention this in the employer section?

I'd like to hear an answer. I'm in a similar position. Had a brief stint of self-employment but didn't have an official business name. For now I just put the name of the company I was doing the work for.
