I am getting an opportunity to work in Dubai. So my question is: If I move to another country for job, does it effect my Canadian spousal sponsorship case?

Short story: "My wife is Canadian citizen and I am an (Out land) applicant who is waiting for the Canadian visa through spousal sponsorship. I am April 2018 applicant and still waiting for Decision made / COPR. I have done re-medial in June 2019, before that in May 2019 i provided details ADR of on-going communication and finally i received Pre Arrivals in July 2019. After that nothing, no passport request or interview nothing."
My Time line:
April 2018 Applicant
1st medical = June 2018
ADR 1 = July 2018
ADR 2 = May 2019
2nd Medical = June 2019
Pre Arrival = July 2019
Now i have an opportunity to work in Dubai and I don't know I should wait, or move to Dubai?
