If i got recently Married 30 days ago to a Canadian can i stay or enter in Canada without a Tourist Visa?
If so what Visa can i apply to stay with my wife in Canada? As we know PR takes some time.
There is no visa that allows you to come as a visitor to Canada just because you married a Canadian.
You will need to apply for a regular tourist visa if you want to visit Canada. There is a very good chance that visitor visa will be refused since CIC will likely guess you have plans on remaining in Canada long term and aren't a genuine tourist. Having said that, some people are lucky and are approved.
Your spouse should file your PR application as soon as possible.
But you actually just asked about being married 30 days ago......specifically? And your other post asks about flagpoling. Are you a consultant? Your questions are all over the map!
And a work permit would require the employer to go through a LIMA process first, so no your friend can't.
