I have express entry profile for the last 2 years with 368 CRS score. (My IELTS LRWS (1)8 8 6.5 8 (2)9 7.5 6.5 7.5 (3)8 8 6.5 6.5 (4) 8 8.5 6.5 7.5) you can see that I am totally unlucky in Writing section. Now I want to have an invite from some or the other PNP and I have been doing research on all PNP since last 6 month. I have created a profile in PEI and Newfoundland and labrador , but I am not sure when the draws will happen. I specifically have question about ALBERTA PNP. I see that their CRS is around 300 always., but I do not know which NOC they call. I did some research and found out that NOC 2175 is in-demand there (is it correct?). I am desktop APP and web APP developer (since last 8 years) (so ideally I am 2174 and 2175 both) so is it possible if I say in express entry profile that I am 2175 and then may be I can get lucky in AINP and receive the expression of interest from them and get PR and land there. But after landing there i do a job in some other NOC code (for e.g. 2174) or Is it possible if i get a job in 2174 or DB developer 2172? Is it a good choice or will that affect me in some other bad way?

Some info about me

P.S. I know I have assumed lot of things., Please correct them wherever needed and if you have any knowledge please share. I have been fooled by my representative in India

Your NOC needs to match your work experience.

For Alberta PNP, candidates are selected based on a number of factors and changing your NOC won't necessarily mean you will get picked. For a while after the pandemic started, Alberta was only inviting people living and working in the province. They now seem to be inviting those who are not but factor in ties to Alberta (e.g. having a job offer in Albert, having close family ties in Alberta). Albert also focuses on select NOCs in each draw which may or may not include the NOCs you have mentioned above. If you have no ties to Alberta (i.e. no job offer, no work experience there or education, no family), then my recommendation is that you not count on getting an invite from Alberta and explore other options.
