I'm going to come to Canada as an International student in Master level.

I want to know if it is possible during my studies I find a job and get job offer from my employer, and then leave my studies, Can I stay in Canada after that?

You don't just need a job offer - you also need an approved LMIA from the employer. Once you have the job offer and approved LMIA, you must then apply for a closed work permit tied to that specific employer. Only once the closed work permit is approved, can you stop studying and start working full time. LMIA process is long and expensive with no guarantee of approval. First step is for the employer to advertise the job for a month to prove no Canadian could be found for the role. Processing of the LMIA application is typically 2-4 months.
