If I failed whole semester in college, does it affect to student visa and PGWP?

Hi, I am failing almost all my classes in college. If I am failing whole semester in college does it affect to student visa and PGWP? I will transfer to another college this year September and I got accepted and paid deposit.

It sure does affect your SP and PGWP.. all you can do right now is to help yourself to stop failing and think of ways to improve your grades
