I won't be able to apply for a new pgwp in the future. Their website only states that the school must be eligible for pgwp but doesn't seem to require applicant to be eligible for pgwp? Can someone clarify? Thanks a lot!

Ask NB PNP. The purpose of the program is that you are expected to work in the province following graduation. For example, for PGWP holders if you take a job outside NB, you are no longer eligible. After you graduate, you will not be able to work nor will you be a legal residence of the province. Selection is not guaranteed. You need to be nominated and submit all documentation before your graduate from the program because to be eligible you need to be a legal resident to apply. See the Q&As.
Q: If I graduate during the immigration process, will my application be refused?
A: No, if you graduate during the immigration process your application will not be refused providing you are living in New Brunswick and actively seeking employment in New Brunswick.
After graduate, you would be a visitor not a resident.
