If hair stylist eligible to apply

hi I'm from India and need help, wanted to know if I am eligible to apply for PR. I have 7 years of work experience as a hair stylist, where my family owns a salon in India. I have a bachelors degree in commerce and i am 29 years old. I want to immigrate to Toronto but i don't have a job offer from there. so I'm concerned whether i can apply for PR. any help will be appreciated.

If yes ...is the certification from Javed habeeb is eligible...m
