If got ITA and still have bank loan that i didnt repay it in complete

Hi

If I got my ITA in one day while I have a bank loan that I didn't repay it to the bank and is scheduled to be repaid within 4 years. Will I be eligible to immigrate? if NO, what are the solutions?

provided that I will continue repay the loan even if I am in Canada.

As long as the loan wasn't taken for the purposes of POF, there is nothing to be worried about here. You don't even need to disclose such loans to CIC, they don't care how you're planning on servicing those.
