If Getting PR outside of Quebec you lose the status??

If I get the PR outside of Quebec and then come in this would make I lose the PR?

Or if I get the PR in Quebec and then go to another province this would make I lose the PR status?

Try to stay in quebec or the province you got your pr from till you become citizen, you can loose your pr status, if you leave without informing the province.
