I am the principal applicant, individually I've secured 47 points including 10 points of my wife. I've got Quebec CSQ. I am supposed to begin the federal procedures, but have been going through some difficulties and need to share my story in order for anyone to at least give me some advice. I need to know if me and my wife get divorced before our submission of PR, will it effect the procedure in anyway? What will be the legal measures for me to continue this immigration process?
