I landed in canada with my family 1997,because of some problem my father forced us to came back to our home land and he didnt apply for us PR card.after i got my master degree in iran i decide to came back canada so i apply for travel document the embussy refuse,then i appeal my case dissmiss...at the moment i want to apply for visitor visa,IS There any chance for me to get visitour visa???most of pepole says my chance is very weak to get!!!
I have enough document such az 2 shingen visa,good bank statement,full time job,my own home,invitation letter from my frind in canada.my father has canadian passport but he is not living there for a long time.and im 32 years old and single and master of geology.
I sent my application for voluntarily renunce my PR,but i have not get any response yet.
My qoustion is,do i have a chance to get tourist visa???
