Hi !!!
Hope everything is fine for every one.....i have a few questions here

i got 49% in 10th grade
74 % in 12th grade
71 % in B-tech
ielts 7.0

Applying for MS program in university.....
Now


1. Will my 10th grade become problem ?
2. After got visa can i change province to Ontario coz i have relatives there (now going for Saskatchewan )
also can i go for college instead of university,, not for MS but same level of education i have like B-tech after entering canada ???

1. Although overall academic percentages are considered but you will get away with your low percentage in matric. For admission you send only the latest degree that you have obtained so your 10th percentage won't affect badly.

2. Yes, you can change your university / province however, if your level of education changes then you will have to request for change condition and notify CIC

well if i able to got 2 year visa as MS is 2 year program....if i want to do PG then will CHC allow me to do that ?
Also changing province is good idea or not ? will not they ask me (CHC) when giving PR

Who will check marks of grades university or VO ???

If your level of study remains same, masters to masters you would not need to inform CIC. Changing province is not a big deal provided you get some degree.

Your B-tech grades would be checked by both Uni and VO, whereas your matric and intermediate grades would be checked by only VO. I dont think your metric grades would matter alot as you have done well in inter and B-tech

1 10th grade will not create any problem..........
2 You only inform to CIC if level of education is changed..........

1. You have to provide the reason for this switch, see form IMM1249
2. No, PR won't be a problem. People change provinces after their studies just to get a PR.
3. Your satisfactory standings are evaluated by your institute and is provided to CIC/CPC
