my application got rejected i applied on april 2010 and iam planning to reapply again, my ielts orginal score sheet is with chc delhi, when i asked British council to send me a second copy of ielts, they said they wont send to me personally,but they can send to cio can i do this, will cio accept this, and can i send the copy of my old ielts results and attach a letter stating the happenings, seniors kindly help me.

Surprised: I got a copy from British council directly. Yes, I asked British council to sent my test results to buffalo and they did.

so, can i send my application with the copyof the score scheet, and mention them that they will receive my original score sheet from british council.

Your IELTS has to be in the Package, otherwise it will be rejected and sent back.

There is a regulation (read here on the forum), that if you have applied before, you can send a Copy of your IELTS.
Also write an explanation letter that the Original IELTS is with the VO, give your old file number etc as well.
Also when you apply IELTS should not be 2 years older, otherwise appear again.

Dear friend ! just provide sufficient evidence i.e second AOR from visa office, to british council that ur original copy is with visa office.They will issue a personal copy by charging Rs 1700.There is a form for additional trf just fill it. u will receive the copy.

No use bro to send directly to CIO, they dont accept directly.

Just attach the Copy of IELTS and Letter that you received (Rejection Letter) with the Application, and also write a letter to CIO regarding that the Original IELTS are with the Visa Office.

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
You must submit original language test results from a designated testing agency to the CIO with your application. Other evidence in writing will not be accepted as evidence of language proficiency.

For your application to be eligible for processing, you must include the results of one of the following language tests from a testing agency designated by CIC:

English

IELTS: International English Language Testing System (General Training test only)
CELPIP: Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program (General test only)
French

TEF: Test d'évaluation de français
If you do not submit the results of your official language proficiency test with your application to the CIO, your application will not be processed and will be returned to you as incomplete.

Applicants are permitted to submit a copy of their language test results with a new application only if the original test results were submitted with a previous Federal Skilled Worker application and were not returned to the applicant. All copies of language test results must be accompanied by a photocopy of the refusal letter from CIC and an explanation that CIC.
