Do I need to take the IELTS test before sending the application? If not, then should I write 'No' in my Application in Schedule 3 Q 6? If so, do I need to give an explanation as to why I did not give IELTS? And, if the application is accepted, then, can I change the answer to Yes when sending the complete documentation?

You should write No and after approval from CIU, if u pass the test then write Yes
