I'm interested in applying to the rural and northern immigration pilot set to start probably on December 2019 orJanuary 2020. I've read about some documents you need to show in order to apply to this types of programs. One is either English proficiency, French proficiency or both. And for the English proficiency test you have to show the IELTS results, but in my country you can only apply to the TOEFL exam since the IELTS is applied in another country(still near to Honduras) my question is, is there a way to show only the TOEFL exam or is it obligatory to show the IELTS results?
