IELTS Validity

Dear all
My IELTS completes 1 year in November this year . please guide me
Can I create express entry profile after that day? As still one year is pending.
Is CIC allow me into pool if my IELTS expire within less than 12 months?
Please guide me

Not a problem. Your IELTS has to be valid as on the date you submit your post ITA documents.
