Hi everyone,

I lodged simplifed application in July 2007 under federal skilled category at CIC singapore. I can see my online application status as ' In process'. I did IELTS exam on March this year with an overall band score of 6. Now would anyone let me know whether this score will remain valid until the final processing of my application, even if it may take couple of years more. Offourse IELTS score will remain valid for two years only. It will be troublesome if I need to take IELTS exam. Next, I have a change in my education background, so is it better to let them know about this change. Does it have any impact (positive) on processing time.

Any advice/personal experience will be highly appreciated.

Thanks and regards,

The IELTS is only valid for 1 year for Canadian Immigration, so why don't you send the results to the processing office to add to your file?
