IELTS validity and CEC application

Hi.

1. For those who have taken the IELTS, may I know how long is it valid for? I am waiting for my PGWP so to kill time, I do not mind sitting for the IELTS and get the score.

2. As for the CEC application, can I apply it as soon as I get my PGWP? Of course I am on a job hunt now.

TWO YEARS FROM THE DATE OF RESULT

its valid for two years from the date of the test.
