I am from kochi, Kerala. I have a query in regards to which centre to opt here. BC or IDP??? Which is best here in regards to facilities and liberal in evaluation.

there is not much difference. most go with BC, but IDP is also OK.
makesure you choose general IELTS however if you are applying for EE

From my experience, BC is better than IDP.
