IELTS to CLB Conversion

Hello Mates,

I did my IELTS recently and got my result as below.
Listening 7
reading 6.5
Writing 7
Speaking 6.5
can some one help in converting this to CLB or the language testing score ? Since i couldnt find any match for listening 7 with CLB any help is appreciated.
