IELTS test result

Hi,
I have encountered a problem in my immigration case that I thought you may be able to help me on it.
I have received my letter on 21 January 2009, that means I should send all my documents till May 20. The problem is that I have placed the IELTS test on 30 April and the result would be ready till 18 May. So, it may not be possible to send the whole document package till 20 May even by DHL!
What do you suggest me to do? sending other documents and after that sending the IELTS result later or just waiting for the result and sending the whole package together even with the risk of not arriving at the mentioned date (within 120 days)?

I would be happy if you can help me in this matter.

try to reschedule to an earlier date if possible.

If not. What I did I took a letter from IELTS center that I am taking test on this date and test results will be sent directly to visa office on the X date.
