ielts test requirement

I have to apply for immigration but I have not taken ielts. Is it okay to send application at once without IELTS test and later on send the result because I will take test after one month.

I read from WWW.workpermit.com that now ielts result must be attached with application and only native english citizens could send written submission.

Please clarify. In the board some one has said that IT managers will be removed very soon.

Kindly advise because in waiting for IELTS I could lose my job category removed.

You can still send your application without IELTS and take it later but be aware that you can not accurately calculate your points without IELTS. If you do so badly on the IELTS that your total number of points doesn't reach 67, you will lose your application. As for IT managers being removed or not, nobody knows. There are always rumours going around.
