IELTS test report

CIC requires the original copy of IELTS test report. No photocopy. No way to ask the test center to directly send the score report to CIC.

IELTS test center only provides one copy of the report. They don't provide more even if it's lost or stolen and you are willing to pay. But I need this report for other purposes too. What can I do?

Yes You can order another copy of IELTS.
send an e-Mail to ur test center attach Payment authorization form and reqd docs.

I ordered and got the 2nd copy from Conestoga College

sigh, the test center says

"You will receive only one copy of your Test Report Form. The test centre is not permitted to issue a replacement copy in the event of loss or damage."

I got two copies. I picked one copy up at the test center, and they sent the other one to my mailing address.
If you really can't get the other one, you might get a certified photocopy for your other purpose? I don't know if it works, just guessing

my problem is that a visa I'm applying for another country also requires the original IELTS score sheet.

In fact, IELTS provides official web sites for score confirmation.
But somehow, governments still require the original copy.

they do provide you a copy of the score if requested, you best bet would be to tell the immigration your situation and ask them if you can get the copy certified by IELTS
