I have received my IELTS Score today , I got overall band 6

Listing :6.5

Reading:5.5

Speaking 6

Writing 6

Can anyone let me know that can I be eligible for Canadian experience class

This is the table from page 8 of the application guide:

NOC CLB Test results for each ability
Levels Speaking Listening Reading Writing
0,A 8 6.5 7.5 6.5 6.5
0,A 7 6.0 6.0 6.0 6.0
0,A,B 6 5.5 5.5 5.0 5.5
B 5 5.0 5.0 4.0 5.0
B 4 4.0 4.5 3.5 4.0

For occupations of skill type 0 or skill level A, you must have either all your scores at CLB level 7 or you are allowed to have one at CLB 6 if you have one at CLB 8. Your score is not good enough for this.

For occupations of skill level B, you must have either all your scores at CLB 5 or higher or if one score is at CLB 4 and another at 6 or higher, that is also ok. This is not a problem for you.

If you look at the table above, you see that your listening and reading are at level 7, your speaking at level 6 and your writing at level 8.

If you look at my answer above, you see that your results are good enough for CEC.

What about Quebec? Does anybody know how to convert from IELTS to Quebec Skilled Worker Program?

I did find these two files. They seem to be official, but they are informing different values for the conversion:

Yes, you are good. If you go to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5609ETOC.asp#5609E2 you will see that for 0 or A skill type jobs, they request Benchmark 7 but if you look at the table there under the heading "Using your test results", you see that Benchmark 7 actually corresponds to an IELTS score of 6.0 in all categories and you are better than that so you are fine.

Same here.... got my IELTS score today...
total Band score of 5.5 only (kinda low)
A bit disappointing but i'm glad because it'll help to reach my required points.

I'm applying for MPNP, i only have 56points... Does anybody know if i'm eligible for it?

1. No, as you require a minimum of 6 in each module for Express Entry Skilled Immigration.
2. No public University would give you an acceptance letter with those IELTs scores.
