I NEEDED 2 MODULE WITH 6.5 AND 2 MODULE WITH 5.5 BAND BUT I SECURED OVERALL 5 BAND CAN I SUBMIT OR JUST SEND ENGLISH PROFICIENCY LETTER. I HAVE TO TIME FOR NEXT ATTEMPT DUE TO DEADLINE. YOUR GUIDANCE WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.

I think to provide Letteror written work in English in lieu of IELTS is no more acceptable, one has to appear in the IELTS or the other English Proficiency test, mentioned on CIC website.

So, I believe you do not have any other option but to appear in IELTS again and try to improve the score.
