Ielts score

Hi all I have got a score of 8,7,7,7.5(L,s,r,w)
And my hubby has got 6.5,7,5,6(L,s,r,w)

And I'm getttng a Crs of 445, me being the main applicant.
Is the spouse score okay? The agency said he needs to get a min of 5/5.5 In all bands, is it true?
Please help .. many thanks

Your spouse has the minimum required score to enter the express entry pool but a higher score will increase CRS.
