IELTS score

Hi FSW applicants,

I got my test score on ielts: Listening 5, Reading 7, Writing 8.5, Speaking 8

Do I qualify even though the listening score is 5 ?

Is the CBP(canadian benchmark) calculated as an average, or i have to score at least 6 for each section ???

Please help !!

You have to score at least 6 in each section. You'll need to write the test again if you want to apply.

Hello bro,
Ielts score does matter in some institutions and doesn't in many ,choose a institution which accepts your score. But for visa and immigration purposes no band less than 5.5 is required.

For FSW a minimum of 6 in each band is required (not 5.5).

You need a minimum of 6 in each category.

You have to take the test again and score a minimum of 6 in each category again.
