Need help on the IELTS score:

I got
listening - 6 , speaking - 6.5 , reading - 5.5, writing - 6.0 and overall 6.0

please let me know if i am eligible for applying PR in CEC class.

if you apply under Noc O and A=No
if you apply under Noc B= yes

Depends on your NOC code.

If you are NOC 0/A, then you are not eligible.
If you are NOC B, then you are eligible.

I believe you have to score at least 6 in each category

Correct, you need 6.0 in every category.
