IELTS score validity information for CEC

Hi Experts,

I am planning to apply for PR in Feb 1 st week. I already have an IELTS score(i took in 2011) which is valid till first week of March.

Any suggestions: Do I need to take the IELTS exam again or can go ahed with this score.

If you are applying in Feb and assuming 14 months processing time, you need to write you IELTS exam again

This is incorrect. As long as you submit it in feb it will be valid. They don't expire because of processing time. It's not a PC.

You can use your current IELTS score. You'll need to re-take the test if you apply after the first week of March.
