IELTS score required with AINP-009A form?

Hi guys,

I am planning to submit AINP-009A form and not sure whether I need to submit IELTS score with it or not. I have not taken IELTS till now so should i wait to give it first and then submit AINP-009 or submit AINP-009 without it? I have done my masters from US and working as a Business Analyst for past 2 yrs. If I dont submit IELTS then is it safe to mark my English skills as High (Reading, Speaking, Writing). What if i give IELTS and score less in one of those sections? Will it negatively impact in my CIC application?

I think this has been answered many many times, even a recent post is present. You dont need IELTS! PLEASE search before posting.
