IELTS score for PR under FSW programme

Hi everyone,

I've scored
7.5 - speaking,
6.5 - writing
6 - reading
6 - listening ... How much marks will i get???

Is it necessary to score 7.5 in Listening, 6.5 each in Reading, Writing and Speaking according to the new rules in CIC??

I am 31, Single, B-Tech + MBA, will complete 6 yrs of work exp coming 7th of May

Hope the above info is suffficient for you to evaluate my eligibility for the FSW programme.... kinldy help me out as to how much i fare against the min criteria of 67 points... Thnks

According to your IELTS result,you should get the following points:



Speaking - 7.5 ( 6 Points ) CLB 10

Writing - 6.5 ( 5 Points ) CLB 8

Reading - 6 ( 4 Points ) CLB 7

Listening ( 4 Points ) CLB 7

Total - 19 Points


Minimum threshold in all abilities initially set at CLB/NCLC 7 - 4 points per ability
° CLB/NCLC 8: 5 points per ability
° CLB/NCLC 9: 6 points per ability
