IELTS score for express entry

Hi,

I am in the process of applying the PR under Express entry program. I have 15 years of IT experience as software architect. I have received IELTS band 6 L-6.5 , R-5.0, S-6.5 W-6.5.

Please let me know whether i am eligible to apply the PR with IELTS band 6 and 15 yrs of work experience or not.

Also, if i apply the PR with this score, will i be able to update the score after going into pool.
