IELTS score conversion to CLB

Hi - My IELTS score is

S - 7, W- 7, L-7 and R-6. How much score I would get? I think it is as follows:

S- 7, W-7,L-7 (equivalent to CLB 8) giving 5 points each and R-6 gives 4 points. This makes 19 points?

Hi Dear, when will new FSWP-2013 going to finalise. Especially when we could hear abt ECA(education credential assessments) and CLB levels?

What would be points obtained from my score : speaking - 7, reading - 6, writing - 6, listening - 7 ?
I have calculated it as 17.
Am i correct ?
If not then please do rectify me ?

For speaking it would be 6 points, reading - 4, listening 4, writing 4...it wouldbe 18 not 17.
