IELTS Score band: Is there any new rule for FSW from January 2013?

Friends,
Is there any new rule for FSW from January 2013, in particular for IELTs band? What is the minimum IELTS band required?
My overall IELTS band is 7
Listening 7.0(CLB>7); Point: 2
Reading 6.0(CLB=7); Point: 2
Writing 6.5 (CLB=8); Point: 4
Speaking 8.0 (CLB>8); Point: 4

I am new for this forum. Please let me know whether above score is okay or not? or am I qualified as FSW or not? How many points do I expect? My calculation says my total point is about 2+2+4+4=12. Please correct me.
Your help is highly appreciated.

On proposed system fro 2013 pt are 4or 5 or 6 for each branch but i dont know if they calculate them separately ... Your minimum will be 16 pt ..

let me clarify to u
L=7 equal to 4 points
R=6 equal to 4 points
W=6.5 equal to 5 points
S= 8 equal to 6 points
so ur point will be 19 points
if i am wrong pl correct seniors
