IELTS Score: 6.0

Hello everyone!

I am a Canadian citizen. My second cousin brother in India has got IELTS Score of 6.0 (5 in Reading). He wants to come to Canada to study diploma course, hotel management. He has a Bachelors of Arts Degree from a government college in India. He is currently doing Masters.

What are his chances? Should he take the IELTS exam again or apply for visa? What are his best chances. Please advise.

rather than diploma his chances will be more if he applys in post graduate diploma because he is in master course currently.
