ielts results after invitation

Hi all,
I got an invitation to apply for EE. In the initial details submitted to enter the draw I put more IELTS bands than I had. Then I got my invitation and I gave IELTS again. This time I got desired result.
My question is should I cancel my application or submit it?
At the time of getting the invitation my IELTS result was not the one I submitted. Could this lead to misrepresentation?

Decline your invitation and wait for a new ITA with the correct results. If you submit it will be misrepresentation.

You should not enter the pool if you do not have valid IELTS scores and ECA report for education credentials( for education outside Canada).
