I have appeared for AT last Nov, 14 got an overall 7.5 with least in writing 6.5. But when i wrote GT this June, 15 - I was shocked to get an overall 6.5.

I am having a feeling that marking is tough in GT or they intentionally do it.

I doubt it - if you think the marking is tough, Academic IELTS is tougher and so is TOEFL

I have a quick question. I have scored 5.5 in ielts and I have tried it 3 times but I am stuck on 5.5. Can any one please help me. I want to apply for canada and there are few colleges who accept 5.5

What are the visa chances with low ielts score. Please help.

minimum requirement is 6.5, your score means you're ineligible....better if you take ielts again. there are a lot of study material for ielts online. just google sample ielts speaking/reading/writing/listening and it'll give you thousands of hits. just need more patience and time to prep good luck

Hi - your scores are below the minimum requirements for most school unfortunately
