Second official language (4 points if you meet the minimum threshold in all four language abilities)

My first language at college level was HINDI & same in all school levels

First official language = the language you intended to use primarily in Canada (English OR French) NOT your language of origin

Second official language = the other official language of Canada you are proficient in (if you picked English as your first language, French would be your second official language)

What program do you want to apply under?

5.5 is ineligible for most programs since the minimum requirement for all four sections of IELTS is a "6" in all four.
