IELTS requirement for spouse sponsorship

Hey all,
Does for spouse sponsorship by husband program need IELTS for apply in every step,and both of PR and Citizenship program?
Please help

You don't get citizenship from spousal sponsorship.

If you are approved, you will become a permanent resident, which is not the same thing.

You must meet some residency requirements in order to apply for citizenship, which takes a number of years.

Either way, there are no exams for sponsoring.

Yes i know that i can't get citizen by sponsorship only PR but to get citizen too,are there citizen exam and language requirement(what kind of language ability needs)?
