Ielts requirement for NOC 0114 (CEC)

My Ielts results are: Listening: 7.5, Reading: 6.0, Writing: 7.0, Speaking: 8.0. (Overall Band Score of 7.0)

Is this good enough for me to apply under CEC program?

I got confused from the CIC website that there were three different levels for NOC 0 and A.

Yes, you are eligible - minimum score allowed for NOC 0 and A is a "6"
