IELTS Required if I have Master's in Healthcare Administration from USA

I would like to apply for FSW visa. Me and my husband both have Master's degree from USA and 2-3 years of work experience. We lived in USA for almost 5 years and than we came back to India. I just wanted to know that do we need to take IELTS to apply for canada immigration?

Yes - Even American Born citizens with a Doctorates degree from Harvard would need to take IELTS (General Training) to immigrate to Canada
