IELTS required for dependent

Hi Guys,

I am applying for PR as a skilled worker. I am including my wife as a dependent, does my wife also need to write IELTS to be eligible for PR?

My wife's sister ( Currently is a PR) and her husband is having canadian citizenship. Do I need to submit any proof to show the relationship with these people?

2. Yes, if you want the 5 adaptability points, her birth certificate, here sister's birth certificate, showing same parents, proof that she is living in Canada, bills in her name, copy of her PR card.
