IELTS Report sent to CIC for FSW 2014

I have applied for FSW2014 and have recieved PER. My original IELTS report is with CIC.
I also wish to apply for EE - do I need to arrange for another copy of my IELTS report?

I have the same question regarding ECA as well. My ECA report is with CIC. Do I need another copy for EE?

No, you don't have to send those documents for EE. You just need to mention the number of the reports while you fill your EE profile.
