IELTS reading , matching heading

Hello
All parts of many test would have significant vague , really
While I'm practicing a reading as an example; matching heading, I definitely assure that for example Section A can be matched with two heading.
In this case, what should I do to distinguish it correctly?
In my last test, i realized that 40% of Section A could be matched with heading i
and
40% could be matched with heading vii
and also remaining could be matched with another heading

what can really should do in this special circumstance

I use bestmytest site for reading
its approach toward the question's answer is like this:

........"......................"..................

Because this part of paragraph explaining/discussing/relating so the answer is this heading
but I believe that If we explore more whole of Paragraph we could find another match as well.

You should copy the paragraphs and the headings as an example and tell us why you think that they can be matched in both.

There is no way we can help you without that.

I would really suggest to use Cambridge test series available on Youtube to prepare for your tests. Listening and Reading tests are provided along with the timer for reading as well.
They are closest to what you will see on the actual tests although I felt the actual IELTS were easier.
