Below are the questions that i had on IELTS on 8th of may

Listening test

Section 1. A talk regarding accommodation booking at Hostel.

Section 2. Radio conversation about charity work.

Section 3. A talk about honey bees

Reading test

Passage 1. Hiring bicycles.
Passage 1. About employment grievance.
Passage 2. Regarding tidal waves for energy generation like power.
Passage 4. Bus and Walking tours.

Writing test

Writing Task 1 (a letter)

Write a letter to your supervisor regarding a course you attended as a part of your job. In your letter include the following:
- explain what you have done in the course,
- say how the course was useful to you,
- what are your improvements regarding the course.

Writing Task 2 (an essay)

Some parents think that having children watch television programs is good for their development, others believe that this is not true. What is your opinion?

Speaking

Interview

- What is your name?
- What shall I call you?
- Do you work or Study.
- Do you see weather reports?
- How Weather affects you?
- Whats your favourite weather? Why?


Cue Card

Talk about how you spent your last weekend
- where did you go,
- What have you done,


Discussion

Every center has a different set of Questions for all the 4 categories.I gave the exam in Newark,NJ and got a entirely different set .
I am still waiting for my result from May 8 test,but from experience i can telll u,

Listening ::BE VERY VERY VERY attentive,Most people loose concentration by the time they hit Question 20 and onwards(I did).
READING:Again,be attentive,but there are high chances of getting Band 9 here.
WRITING :No Silver Bullet here.My 2 cents,a week or 2 before the test,start writinng,or scribbling with a pencil or else your fingers will pain while writing 250 or even the 150 word letter.The topics are very simple for both letter and the essay usuallly.

SPEAKING :Talk softly and dont mumble.Talk with confidence ,whatever thing u say.Even if the examiner asks about your Home Country,u can narrate story of your favourite movie,he wont cut marks.He is looking for your conversation ability
