IELTS problem :(

guys i have problem with IELTS, when i practice some time i got good score, but lot of time i got "0"
and dead time to apply in college is 30/9 in memorial university
so i don't know what can i doو is there any way any ideas especially i don't have anyone around me speaking english or know any thing about it :-[
ielts very hard for me :'( :'(
some friends said to me take 6 month english on any college but i don't have enough money to do that
i spent too much time trying practice through internet , but i feel there no hope
I'm alone

Follow what vj_viju said, in addition you can make learning enjoyable by watching English movies, English songs. Try to understand what is being said in the movies by which you can be prepared for listening, can learn certain vocabularies

For reading, you will have to read newspapers and of course understand.

Writing (the one part I hate because I am a little lazy and prefer to type than write), you will have to make sure that you can form proper sentences, use vocabulary and convey your message properly.

For all the above tasks SPELLING is very important and grammar will be taken into account in writing as well.

Speaking part has to be practiced with someone, since you have no one around you should find a way to do it. One way is to choose a topic and speak, while you record it using your phone. Then listen to it, and you will know where you need to improve.

There are many tips available to get better score. The book sent by IDP when you book for IELTS test gives tips and 6 practice tests as well. That is very helpful too.

You can study ielts for a year. One year is enough for you. Just take more time. Give a notice to university. Say that You want to study next year like 2016 or 2017. Dont be rush. While you are studying ielts, you can work in your country like part time. It's good for you.

One more thing, dont compare to other people like indian students. Indian students are unique.. they always hurry. lol. I have no idea why. Preparing in detail is much better than faster with no plan + no prepartion. OK?
