Please I saw a post stating that express entry has been reduced to 60 days not 90 days again. I didn't quite understand this Does this changes affect IELTS as am preparing for my IELTS

Take your IELTS and if you meet requirements for Express Entry and have your ECA, you can submit a profile.

This comes into effect after you receive your ITA.
To receive ITA, your profile needs to enter the pool and to do that, you will need IELTS and ECA.

So first step get your IELTS and ECA
