IELTS pre June 26,2010 application

Hi all. I applied before June 26,2010 (Initial Application) and I already took IELTS Academic module while waiting for my AOR. Ive read that only General Training is accepted now. Is this true? Do I have to retake IELTS General Training? Now Im confused because some people I know used Academic Module for immigration application before. Please help Im confused.

AS LONG AS YOU GET 16 POINTS WEATHER ACADEMIC OR GENERAL. MY APPLICATION WAS RECEIVED BY NS ON JUNE 21 NO RESPONSE UP TO NOW, THRU CREDIT CARD PAYMENT. HOW ABOUT YOU? I WILL ACTUALLY NEED TO RE-TAKE MY IELTS THIS OCTOBER, I MISSED 4 POINTS.....REALLLY NEED THE 16 POINTS FOR MY APPLICATION.
